At present, the heat dissipation methods of LED radiators and other materials are basically the same, and are mainly divided into four types: air cooling, water cooling, semiconductor cooling, and chemical cooling.

Air cooling refers to the removal of heat from the CPU through a cooling fan. Its cooling medium is air.

Water cooling is the removal of heat from the CPU through water. Its cooling medium is liquid like water. Its efficiency is higher than air cooling, but it has a fatal weakness, that is, the refrigeration equipment is complex and there is leakage of water. At present, LED heatsinks are mainly based on the use of the third method, namely, semiconductor cooling and heat dissipation, and because of the LED material used, the efficiency is still relatively high, and the only insufficiencies may be that the price is expensive and it is still impossible. A large area is in the stage of promotion and use, and only LED radiators are used in high-end equipment.
